June Dinner

Alright gang, we've had a couple people step and make it happen for our traditional saturday night feast (for which I'm very grateful).
Just throwing out ideas early because I'm hoping for a record turnout in June.
My early suggestion is a pot luck of many dishes in the mix.
Any and all contributions would be very appreciated.
Please give your input.

I'm missing this round due to a week long backpacking trip in the Gila. I opened my mouth before I checked dates. I'll still send the food, hopefully someone from cruces would be willing to transport it.

He's traveling back from Germany and will be there on Sunday.
