I'm proposing the tried and true favorite, schwenkbraten (grilled/spiced german pork steak).
We'll need some sides, of course. Potato/mac salads.
Some of Loren's chile surprise is always welcome.

Not many voluteered for salads (mac or potato), actually none. I'm probably gonna pick up some just in case.
Pork's been marinading since Tuesday. Should be awesome.
Interesting thing with the new pistons on the bike, it's shakes a bit more. Maybe I need to lighten the crank with the lighter pistons.
