Round 4 Dinner

Postby Lucky13 » Thu May 09, 2013 7:24 pm

Now that my mangina has healed, I'd like to suggest next months menu.
How does burgers (with green chile of course) and brats sound?

Sounds dericious! Let me know if you need me to bring anything!

On a side note. Just wondering, do you guys ever smoke ribs or brisket or anything? Idk how to smoke anything, just wondering if you guys ever did some REAL BBQ? I'd pay into that one of these weekends! Just throwing it out there...

You rang?

Edit: I *probably* won't have bikes and bodywork done for June. Garage is (mostly) clear now, Roger.

Life happens, Shane. I'm working through it, and will solve everything soon enough. Mostly, it's my job - much harder/more-demanding than it was three years ago.

To answer your question Adam, yes it's been done. Tibo and I had done brisket and pulled pork once, and Tibo wants to do it again..

Well shit man, let's hook it up one of these weekends!

I was thinking of having a summer break ASR party at my place also during the down time... Pool, hot tub, grillz, movie theatre, the works... Have everyone out, grill out, have some drank, bring the wives and girlfriends, get white girl wasted and end up naked in the hot tub...

Errrr....

Kidding, but it's happened before, and only a matter of time before it happens again... Last time I hosted a party about 12 drunk naked fcuks ended up in the hot tub... I was one of them...

To be clear, Dave is the only one to have done a whole pig for Saturday dinner (like that won't get any comments). Tibo and Marios' efforts were very good indeed.
Adam and others, we need both hamburger and hotdog buns.
I'm providing the burgers, brats, cheese and kraut. Mario has the salads. Roger has the usual plates and grill provided.
I'm bringing 32 burgers and a couple dozen more brats. If you think we need more, by all means, speak up.

Sounds good. I plan to be there so I'll grab a few bags of buns. I've also got two huge briskets... For anyone who knows me on Facebook, they saw a few briskets were donated to my back seat of my truck, as well as a few cases of beer and such too...

Brats and all sound gooooood!

Dammit! I was hoping to do some more track time with Cody as well.
Any and all, we could use some chips and more buns.
