2. Does anyone have a tire guide on brands and the tire pressure they love?

Honestly, you should just pick up some takeoff's here at the track. I've definitely got a rear in good shape you can have, and I'm sure getting a front from someone would work just fine

Taber Rossi seems to be doing well on them, Greg had a bike problem when he tested them so no info there. I've got a few sets here so hopefully we get some info during the 4 hour endurance race.

The tire started to go away after around 30 laps and fell off fairly consistantly on the left side.
You could still hammer the throttle on right turns even towards the end.
When the race was finished, both sides had no tread left on either side.
This was using the type 3 R10 (medium).
We probably should have used the type 2 (hard).
