Dunlop Contingency

So Being the idiot I am, When filling out the dunlop contingency form there is only 4 spots/races on one form (which i figured was max they will pay out), if i run 6 races, can i fill out an additional form and if possible get paid for 6 races? I reviewed there rules and it mentions nothing about a maximum..

Yes, like you said just fill out two forms. They should pay out on all eligible races.

Has anybody received any contingency from Dunlop? I havent heard anything from them yet.

Yep, had mine less than two weeks after the race.
