What has been the fastest lap ever put down on arroyos full road course? Was it a car or bike? What month/year? Just wondering lol

Actually if i remember right there was an f1 car did a 58 or something like that... Jazman that lap record was for bikes in 1 direction.

1:02.7 ccw in a Formula Atlantic. Can't remember the name of the driver, it was at a test in 2004 I think.
