SV 650 Gearing

I know that the standard answer / setup is -2/+2, but with my fat a$$ (240-250) was not sure if I might need to go further and I am not sure what was stock on it anyhow ?? 03 FI 650 model, has can, K&N and PC III if that makes any diff.
