Started getting my GSXR back together

Total bill so far: $1300 from a 'little lowside'. That includes helmet, but not paint or entry fees for a race weekend I didn't get a single timed lap for.

Installed the swingarm and started work on the rearset/pegmount. Need a couple of bolts, the original Sato ones were stripped by the previous owner and I barely got them out (fucking hack).

Chain, clutch reservoir, bar, lever, peg, spools, subframe all on. Fiberglass mounting points re-roughed and glassed. The body/paint can wait until the offseason in summer or next winter (more likely).

Still to do: fluid in the clutch/bleed, remount the peg/footguard on the mount and reattach the shifter pivot, align the chain/axle blocks.

That last thing - it was SOOOO much easier installing the wheel on this swingarm, I am now 100% convinced the old one was bent (and why it was hard to align the chain). Sometimes the simple explanations escape us for years... and when you realize it, you feel really fucking stupid.

You had to replace a chain from a low side? I didn't crash your bike and hit my head hard enough to not remember, did I?

No, the chain has to come off to replace the swingarm. Did need a EK ZZZ master link, not the whole chain.
