I Stand by Motul, which they recommend Motul FACTORY LINE LIGHT 5W, which is a full synthetic fork oil. but if you want your forks to work a little slower and not be at the extreme end of adjustment, you can mix 50/50 motul factory line 5w with factory line 7 weight ect..

you bike is a 07 right?

Pretty much totally depends on the valving. As far as brand, I'm honestly not too concerned as there are tons of good oil. I've been using Pro Honda stuff for the past few years because I bought a bunch of it. Normally I bought Maxima or Bel Ray.

Use 10wt on that bike! The rebound valving on that thing is horrible and needs every bit of help it can get!
