4 hour Endurance Race August 5th

Postby Roger@Arroyo » Mon Jun 18, 2012 8:59 am

Any number of riders, 1 bike, $200 entry.

Lets do it!

FYI, no team has ever needed to change tires, and no team has ever won on a 1000. In fact, I'm not sure a 1000 would go the distance on a rear tire.

650cc twins have took the overall almost 1/2 of the endurance races run.

You lie! Jeremy, MO and myself won on a RVT 1000.

I don't remember that. I do remember Jeremy tossing his bike while leading.

That was a GSX-R750 wasn't it? And later, Gregtard threw it at Thomas while doing a pegleg impersonation (at 70MPH) at the exit of the last ess?

I'll never forget Greg throwing his bike at me. That was one of those significant emotional events in your life. Seeing him high-side and the bike bouncing right next to me, before bouncing over top of me. Even with my C.R.S. (can't remember stuff) I still remember that well. Thanks for the memory Greg. 8)

I've got a 3 man team going with the Hawk. We're shooting to keep it on 2 wheels!

I AM gona be extra sure to have the 250 Ninjette running and ready for the 4 hr.. this year...Last year before I broke it testing it to see that a tank of gas Is good for 2 1/2 hours of track time or 160 miles..which ever comes first..and last july in doing my testing I was able to stay out for 2 hours and keep up my consistant lap times for the whole time..but was very tired..

Taking apps. for team mate/s rider/s :alien:

With hourly rider change and having to add fuel only at the 2 hr. change we just might have a chance of not coming in last.. :alien:

Totally depends on the day Cody. Some days it's hot, normally the clouds start to roll in early afternoon cooling us down with rain early evening and occasionally late afternoon. Typical monsoon stuff. As far as temps, I've seen 77 and I've seen 105 for Aug.
