I'm planning on splitting lodging/expenses with a certain local racer. I think some of you were talking about going with Tibo's big trailer?

If so, I'd like to split a day garage rental. I don't think you all would want to come through Phoenix (it's way out of the way and therefore expensive), so sharing the drive probably isn't doable.

Friday Practice $150
Saturday Morning practice included. Saturday afternoon is 6hr Endurance, so basically, chance to work on your bike or sleep (unless you're in the Endurance races, $600/team entry).
Sunday races... it's a National, so do as many as you can on the 4 mile track with full grids. 1st race $85, second $75, third $65.

Figure on tires 3 sets if you're competitive (Miller is rough on tires), two if not.

Diesel from Hell Paso is likely to be pretty substantial, probably $250 to $300
Rooms in Tooele are $114/ni if you book NOW (you'll probably want to split this by four)
Garage Rental $100/day if you book NOW. 4 bikes per garage max, and they DO enforce it. But you get electric and air, plus bathroom and shower.


Ryan, if you came w/me (and possibly the local guy), figure totals will be just over $2k unless you go cheap on tires.

They moved the wera west vegas round to october which doesn't conflict with asma now, so the plan is to save for that.

That'll cost about $975 for just Sat/Sun (hotel Fri night/Sat night) and one set of tires, four races. I wouldn't be going for Friday trackday there, which may affect your planning. It's not a super-tough course to learn, but...
