Yes I think the 300 being updated from the older 250 is a bit better. Till you look at the fact that the price is looking to be around 4800 dollars plus all the tax and other add on costs just to get one out the door of your fav. Kaw dealer.
Which is more money then I have spent on 4 of the older models, plus spare motors, parts, wheels tires, sprockets, etc. over the last two years. And one of them had the muzzy pipe and jet kit..(500 for the one with the muzzy but it was having overheating problems I haven't torn down to see why yet) and the one I am racing now set me back 700 little ones.
It should for sure be a better street bike because of more low end. the suspension is for sure much better then on the older 250's. Same for the track. But I don't see myself getting one any time soon.
