I'm planning on it, I'm reALLY hoping there is an associated track day afterwards like they do up at Miller after the WSBK race. :alien:

Tom, I got my tickets quite a while ago. Turn 15, top row. From watching the Formula 1 races on the tube and reading what folks were saying on the Beep it will be a good place to sit. You can see the riders come off the longest straight and go thru part of 4 turns. And the sun is at your back. I was going to take the toy hauler but it's looking like I'll have to fly/hotel/rental car.

Are you planning on going?

I went to Laguna Seca last year. MotoGP is an amazing experience. The AMA circus was there at the same time but it was nothing like MotoGP. I've never heard anything that compares to a MotoGP bike. Truly something to behold.

Depending on where I'm at in life when the event comes, I may be down for cost sharing. It's a bit too early to tell as of now, but I'm very much wanting to go.

Same here, we could always rent an RV and head down there.

I won't be going, unless we have a massive cast pool..

I'm not too sure what the hell a cast pool is, and I don't think I want to be a part of it.

A cast pool. Defined as a roll call of people car pooling. Or flying out ..

Is there a trackday there on Monday? It would be nice to get on the track since I'm down that way. :D

I think I'll be going, I'll know officially by the end of the week. Can we get a little list started as to who is going and how they're getting there? Maybe we can organize a little carpool? I'll need to be there thursday afternoon by three. I think my wife and one of her buddies may be going. Road handies form the wife could be offered for payment, but her friend is off limits. We may have some travel points available to fly, so I might use those if we cant work something out.

sign up, bitches!

Sounds like I should be going as of now. Renne will be getting shipped to Dallas for a week long training thingy and I will be joining her any time that week. She'll be there till Friday, the midget and I will probably be renting a car from Dallas and driving to Austin Thursday and she should be able to get flown in to Austin Friday night. I'm just not sure about accommodations yet; I have an aunt in Round Rock that I may be able to stay with but am open to possibly splitting hotel costs for the weekend. If all this goes according to plan, we'll be flying or driving from there Monday to visit my brother in Mississippi for about a week before coming back home. Tony, I think a weekend in a hotel together could work wonders on our relationship.....
